Update on CEE

A quick update on CEE (official website which will be along the lines of cee.mitre.org is still not up - government, you know :-)). A working group (cee AT mitre.org) is set up and, well, working. The discussion now is about which existing log-related standards CEE should learn (and borrow from); we are tracking a large number of mostly dead standards and standard attempts/efforts.
