On Achieving Closure in Security

Dave Piscitello discovered my older post on " and provided some insightful comments on his blog.

So, will security ever "get done"? Not likely since "the biggest problems in security are rooted in human behavior and not technology. " And this one is indeed a tough one to crack...

Dave further says "I am confident that programmers will write code securely and that operating systems and applications will be hardened on initial boot *long* before consumers of technology pay sufficient attention to security to make an event like "computing and the Internet are finally secure" meaningful."
